Guest Post: Missy from Gnarly Gnails !

Hello! My name is Missy from Gnarly Gnails.

It is my pleasure today to be able to do a Guest Post here on Gwenn's blog. I have been following Sweet Sugar for awhile, almost since I first began my journey into polish addiction. It was a huge pleasure and honor to be asked to do this, I hope I do Gwenn and all of you lovely readers justice with it!

So today's post is based off of a gradient I did awhile back, along with a subsequent video tutorial (which can be found in my tutorials section of my blog) - it features A England Saint George and Catrice Dirty Berry holographic polishes. I added some stamping in both colors and then topped those stampings with one main white focal stamping. I wanted to make it tattoo themed, so I went with Sparrows and the usual gangsta style stuff!

The plates I used were various cheeky, bundle monster, mash and konad plates I have. I'm so bad at looking at them and noting them for my blog posts! But you can always ask me if you really do want to know! Stamping was done with Konad Special White polish.

Hello ! Mon nom est Missy, je suis l'auteur de Gnarly Gnails.


C'est un plaisir pour moi de faire un guest post sur le blog de Gwenn. Je la suis depuis un bon moment, quasiment depuis qu'a commencé mon voyage dans l'addiction au vernis. J'étais honorée qu'elle me le demande, j'espère que Gwenn et vous toutes, charmantes lectrices, me le rendrez bien !

Le post d'aujourd'hui est basé sur un dégradé que j'ai fait il y a quelques temps, en même temps qu'un tutorial vidéo (que vous pourrez trouver dans la section Tutorials de mon blog) - On y retrouve les vernis holographiques Saint georges de A England et Dirty Berry de Catrice. J'ai ajouté du stamping de ces deux couleurs, puis stampé de nouveau en blanc. Je voulais réaliser un thème autour des tatouages, donc j'ai choisi des hirondelles et les trucs habituels un peu "gangsta style".

J'ai utilisé de nombreuses plaques pour cela, Cheeky, Bundle Monster, Mash et Konad. J'oublie toujours de noter ce que j'utilise pour mes billets ! Mais vous pouvez toujours me demander si vous voulez savoir ! Le stamping a été fait avec du vernis spécial Konad blanc.
