Cosmobelleza 2013

Hi dear readers !

As I told you some weeks ago, my friends offered me a great gift: a trip to Barcelona to visit the Cosmobelleza fair !

So, that's what I did last weekend, and I really enjoyed it :D

It was smaller than I imagined, but according to Angeles from the blog Jugando con mis Uñas there were less exhibitors than the other years. She also says it wasn't as good as before, but for a new visitor like me, it was  really great :D
I only regret that there was no Konad stand, I could have had a lot of fun in such a place haha :)

On saturday, there were a LOT of people. I'm not agoraphobic but I don't like being in the crowd. It wasn't easy to get close to some displays, and some girls don't hesitate to rush and push other people, which I hate.
So I took my time, waited for the crazy girls to go away to finally approach the displays I wanted to see :)

On sunday, I had some free time to go back there (and my hotel was right in front of the fair haha) so I went there in the morning and there were less visitors. I discovered some displays I didn't notice the previous day, and also spent time in the hair and make up stands (which weren't my first interest there)

Crazy glitter stand at Evershine ! That's only 1/5 of what was available there ... Along to glitters of all shapes and colors possible, there were metallic decos, rhinestones and flocking powder. A real paradise for nail art lovers :)

The Brische stand. Nothing really crazy but a HUGE choice of colors !

A cool effect they call "caviar" (well, to me it doesn't look like caviar at all but it still nice haha). Too bad it was only available as gel polish.

Misas ! That's where I found something REALLY crazy ... Keep reading to know what it is ;)

I think the Peggy Sage stand was the biggest, I was only able to take this pic on the second day !

Now it's time to see which polishes went back home with me !
Let's starts with the Misa's ... They were presented on nail wheels and Embroidered Emerald was on one of the wheels. This polish has been a HUGE lemming of mine for the last two years, it's very HTF so I didn't think it would be available ... But it was !! I was like crazy when I saw the bottle in the display, and I think the vendor took me for a fool ! So, Embroidered Emerald can leave my wishlist ! And so does Urban Decay Bruise as they are perfect dupes ;)

 I found a stand with a few Essie, and decided to take a box of Stylenomics minis.

 I couldn't resist to take some holos at the Peggy Sage stand, they are so beautiful ! Especially that lovely green :)

My picks at the Evershine and Diamond Cosmetics stands. All the shimmery ones are sheer but they will be great for layering :)

  

I also bought glitters, rhinestones, flocking powder (can't wait to try these!), stickers and some tools like a cuticle pusher, files etc ... 

On saturday night, I decided to go to a mall that was 5 minutes away from my hotel. They had many brands we don't have here in Belgium so I just had to buy some stuff, too :) I went to Sephora, Douglas and Kiko. (also *had* to eat at KFC, which I love but there have no restaurant in Belgium)

Well, that's all ! Overall, I really enjoyed the fair and what I found there. I also enjoyed visiting a tiny bit of Barcelona, a city I really love, but I didn't have a lot of time for that :) I'll probably go to Spain for summer hollidays so I'll have time to go back there !

Hello ! 

Comme je vous l'avais dit il y a quelques semaines, mes amies m'ont offert un super cadeau, un voyage à Barcelone pour que je puisse visiter le show Cosmobelleza ! 

C'est donc ce que j'ai fait le weekend passé, et j'aia doré :D

Ma première impression, c'est que c'était tout de même plus petit que ce à quoi je m'attendais. Mais en lisant le blog d'Angeles, Jugando con mis Uñas, c'était effectivement plus petit que les autres années, avec moins d'exposants. Elle trouve aussi que c'est globalement moins bien que les autres années, mais pour moi, nouvelle visiteuse, c'était déjà énorme ! :D

Mon seul regret était l'absence du stand Konad, je me serais vraiment lâchée là bas je crois xD

Le samedi, il y avait une foule de dingue. Je ne suis pas vraiment agoraphobe, mais je ne suis pas fan des mouvements de foule. Ce n'était pas facile de s'approcher de certains présentoirs et certaines filles n'hésitaient pas à bousculer les autres, chose que je déteste.
J'ai donc pris mon temps, quitte à revenir plusieurs fois près d'un même stand pour réussir à approcher ce que je voulais voir :)

Le dimanche matin, j'avais un peu de temps libre avant de reprendre l'avion, donc j'y suis retournée (l'hôtel étant juste en face du salon, ça aide lol). Il y avait beaucoup moins de monde, c'était plus agréable et j'ai pu voir des choses qui m'avaient échappé la veille. Je me suis un peu atterdée sur les stands de coiffure et de make up, qui ne m'intéressaient pas trop à la base mais j'en ai profité tout de même :)


Niveaua chats, j'ai trouvé mon bonheur, et même plus encore !
Commençons avec les vernis Misa ... Ils étaient présentés sur des roues, et Embroidered Emerald s'y trouvait. Ce vernis est dans ma wishlist depuis deux ans et il est très difficile à trouver, donc je n'ai pas ccru un seul instant qu'il serait dispo ... Et pourtant ! Je devais avoir l'air d'une cinglée quand je l'ai vu dans le présentoir, d'ailleurs la vendeuse m'a regardée bizarrement :p Je peux donc rayer Embroidered Emerald de ma wishlist ... Et par la même occasion, je supprime Urban Decay Bruise puisqu'ils sont parfaitement identiques, je n'ai pas besoin d'avoir les deux :)

J'ai aussi acheté des paillettes, strass, du flock (que j'ai hâte d'essayer!), des autocollants et quelques outils comme un repousseur de cuticules, des limes, etc ...

Le samedi soir, je suis allée dans un centre commercial qui était à 5 minutes de l'hôtel. Ils avaient des enseignes qu'on ne trouve pas en Belgique et qui ont fait mon bonheur; Sephora, Douglas, Kiko ... Impossible de passer à côté ;) (impossible aussi de passer à côté du KFC, fast food que j'adore et qu'on n'a pas non plus!)

Dans l'ensemble, j'ai passé un excellent moment ! J'ai profité un tout petit peu de la ville avant de repartir mais je n'ai pas eu le temps de visiter grand chose ... J'en profiterai mieux pendant les vacances d'été, vu que je retournerai probablement en Espagne ;)
